only airguns i have is 6mm plastic bb airguns i want to convert them into metal bb airgun ,as i think i will have to change barrel, spring & plastic trigger. The thing i love is these airgun has magazine contains more than 20 rounds so only need to cock the gun and fire not like break barrels load the bb again & again may be someone can help me .

Its not the gun that matters as much as the person wielding it.

I must admit I am a little confused with reg to the purpose of this thread - what is the information you are seeking/objective of the poll?

there is only 1 purpose i have in my mind to force indian airgun companies to make airguns like imported airguns & that will fulfil our embition of having superb & perfect airguns & rifles.

As i think one who wants to buy an airgun he should stay calm find an imported airgun buy it and feel the force.

You cannot convert these plastic BB to shoot lead or metal BB's .

1. These pistol dont produce enough power to shoot lead BB, they are fine with very light plastic BB but wont work with lead.
2. Changing Barrel, Spring and Trigger is not going to work , you have to change the frame as well and slide too. and even if you change everything of it to metal with a spring enough powerful so that it can push a lead bb all the way to barrel with a decent velocity, You WONT BE ABLE to Cock the slide with your hand with that sort of spring. I mean direct compress is NOT possible , unless you are using lever mechanism. So based on the existing design its not a practical idea. if it was , you could have see foreign brand spring powered lead BB model instead of CO2. The spring powered model which actually shoots BB are designed otherway and not function the way these chinese pistol replica does.
3. Even you load 20 rounds in the magazing , you have to cock them each time before firing, so how its differ from firing a break barrel. There are pleanty BB repeater available where you dont have to load the pellet everytime.

4. There is a product called Marksman pistol or indian version is BLANCA, they used direct compression method of compressing the spring. For the outcome and performance check the review of the pistols.
