Need store address in US for Scope

Hi every body
One of my friend is in US & coming back on Wednesday to India I ask him to bring Scope for me & he is ready to do so but the problem is he don’t have time to purchase the scope online (delivery period more then 3 days) . Any body can help me for the store nearby to my friends location

My friend has visited walmart & he got Stoeger 3-9x40 AO Scope for $100
Please suggest me is this a good scope for Springer air rifle
& any tips for custom clearance at Mumbai airport
