Does anyone have the barrel dimensions for the IHP35 in .177 handy? i.e. length, and internal diameters at either ends? Are they different for IHP25?

Dear Sir,

1)The id of 0.177 cal-IHP-25 is 15mm
if talk of OD then the outer dia is almost the same but the hole on 0.22 is slightly bigger by 0.5mm per-side it means 1.00mm on whole dia.

2) The OD and ID of IHP -35 also remains the same as their caliber is same i.e 4.5mm where as the imperial value is 0.177cal.

and the barrel of 0.22 caliber is lighter than that of 0.177caliber.

A very little tolerance is their in between the diameter at the both the ends that we cannot measure with general measuring instruments for that we need to have a touch probe fitted to a co-ordinate measuring machine.
this tolerace use to be within 10microns
where 1 micron= 0.001mm
Length of the barrel use to be of 450mm
for IHP-35

Length of the barrel use to be of 400mm
for IHP-25

Hi Guys,

I have been following the discussion on this thread and had a query. Do you feel there is any advantage in speaking directly to the company price wise or is it the same as ordering from a dealer. I am based in Bangalore and have found the local prices to be quite high. I am considering ordering from one of the dealers however, if dealing with the company is cheaper why not?

I am looking at National 35 as of now

IHP guys are very sluggish in responding. I had enquired about the IHP pneumatic air rifle that is used for competitions through email. After about 2 weeks I got a call from a person in the factory who spoke in half-English and half-Hindi. Couldn't understand what he was talking. All that I could make out from the conversation was that they would send the catalogue by post, and it did arrive, after a month. Recently, I spoke to the manager Mr Makheja and requested him to send me a spare piston and washer for my IHP .22 air pistol. He asked me 'for what I needed it'. :o I was rather surprised by the question and politely told him it was for my own use. He then asked me to send him a mail with my requirements, which I did the same evening. But till now, no response. Better to get their products through a dealer.
