The links work fine do some soap and can penetration tests and let us know how the eagle does. Is it a blowback?

Last year an Air Arms S400 was sent from England via TNT and it sailed through customs, without the buyer having to show his club membership. So, I am assuming that FedEx or any big time courier should be able to clear it through customs.
Sir,
Talking on personal experience (in no way doubting your claim) my 460 was shipped from Munich through DHL, the day it landed got a letter from the postal department requesting the the invoice etc.

Knowing the ignorance, maybe its different down there.

Regards.

I suppose they are equally ignorant in Delhi as well considering that is where the Eagle landed.

Thanks! But the Eagle is all that's actually left in my hand now....Sold the other two to finance the Eagle. Was running a little short on Vitamin M.... :(
But definitely hoping to add to the collection by Diwali....already planned out where I'm gonna spend my Diwali Bonus! :D :D

Still haven't gotten around to shooting it! :(
Been tied up house hunting and then house cleaning for the last one week.
Yes it is a blowback (and it's a bloody BIG gun for someone with small hands!) and I will definitely shoot some rounds by Sunday! Been collecting empty Kingfisher cans for a while now! :D

Will post the results once I do shoot some.

I finally got around to shooting off some rounds today.
She shoots like a beauty....I picked up an expired can of Hommos (not empty, sealed and filled) from my warehouse for target practice.

The results are there for all to see.....mind you these are fairly thick and solid cans, not the kinds used for beverages or even our locally available canned food types.
The first shot passed through the can....through the hommos!!!

Well the air gun is very accurate even with the normal sights....I managed to hit the can about 45 times out of the 48 full pressure shots I got out of a powerlet.
I even managed to break through the bottom of the can for about 5-6 shots, when it had been toppled over.

I LOVE THIS GUN!!!! :D :D

Akshat ,

Just a small word of caution. I think you mentioned having shifted to kailash colony which is one of the well inhabited south Delhi colonies which means that people may see you plinking on the terrace and not really know what kind of a handgun you are using.

This may just prompt a visit from the cops which you may want to avoid !

Also with such a powerful airpistol , do beware of missed shots landing in awkward places/people & also richochets.

Rest , enjoy your new Eagle.

Rohit.
