Some are, but the ones you have posted are almost certainly neither original Bushnell, nor springer rated!

Most likely it won't work on a springer or NP piston air rifle.

The claws of scope may hold the groove but there is every possiblity that it would slide backward.
4x20 Chinese scopes are not meant for long range shooting.
You will find rainbow colors and has limited clarity.
I have mounted the same on my GenNex and gives me good service till 25 yds.

Ya there is slide back means creep but u can do many things to prevent it best is to modify the mount and install a pin so that it fits in a hole. But it is not easy to do that it need drill ,I cut a drill bit and installed it on scope mount and beneath it a little spring from a ball pen or any other little spring U can get posting pic hope it is helpful

Hello Pravin

This is quite old, but have bought a scope myself recently. I believe the marketing team selling the scope are not adequately informed. That is an NCStar Rangefinder Reticle and it comes in MOA measurements in increments of 1. And 1 MilDot is roughly 3.5x 1 MOA at the same distance ie 100 yds. I was trying to figure out for a long time what those descending bars are meant for.

Those dashes represent increasing ranges of 25 yds from 100 to 225 for a target of width 18 inches (that is an average human shoulder to shoulder distance). Hence completely useless for an air gun :P :P

Looks pretty fancy though....hehe

Correction.....the MOA measurements have a spacing of 5 MOA between them.

Dear Basu-da,

You mentioned fixing scope mounts with M-Seal (am not able to find that post again so unable to quote). Sir can you please show us a pic of the final jugaad. Planning to do the same in my case (have to adjust after every 20-25 shots). Did you apply the seal between the mounts and the barrel? Or just behind the mounts on the barrel. Thanks in advance....

Sir, I also stay in Saltlake Kolkata (Purbachal, cluster 3R just beside Stadium and Hyatt Regency). Currently am in New Delhi pursuing my final attempt at UPSC (hope to become a cop someday, hence interested in shooting). Hope to meet you someday and extract valuable advice from you sir.

Regrds,
Arnab Biswas

Dear Arnab,

Which gun do you have ?
I used the M seal as scope stop on scope rail.
Scope rail was made of MS and welded on the body of receiver.
This worked well on rail.
But it can not work on scope groove cut on receiver.
