And I'll get the .30 M1 carbine - it's a blast to shoot!

Cheers!

P.S. - Sanjay, I think I have a box of 500 imported clays lying with me from the "old days"... will try and dig those out too...

What are the rules and regs regarding shooting at the range, does one have to be a member of NRAI I probably got to wait till mid Aug for the membership to happen or cant we just rent it after showing
them our lics etc.

To let go 500 rounds, with the Carbine and 22 to follow, would take some doing,we might just make the MQS after one of those sessions

Would be great fun followed by a few cold ones :)

Lets do it guys.

Cheers

You want me to live the rest of my life in the dog house don't you? ;-)

Eh? You mean you have been let out? :?

heyyyywait a minute I missed this post, so sneaky of you Rusty ;-). I will tell your better half how much you are spending on air rifles and rods...then we'll see who barks last . ;-)

'Reduce the pressure a bit and do yourself and your friend a favour.'

The friend refuses to reduce power down ;-(, so I refuse to do hundred shot test for him. Currently his rifle is decoration piece. So even the cocking improves. THAT WOULD ACTUALLY BE A SWEET RIFLE (apologies hit case lock, and too lazy to retype) but macho friend likes it that way. His rifle, I would rather crack of five shots from my QB by the time he cranks one outa his gas ram.

Okay the beauty is that the range is owned by the SAI. So one has to pay 3 or so+ grand to become a member. You need id proofs, photographs etc.

After you are a member you can take your own firearm and bullets and use the range by paying range fees.

The range has most ISSF discipline ranges, that includes the center fire pistol range where Shri Anupam can let loose with the .32.

In fact our entourage can really have a blast from .22, to shotgun and then the handguns. So lets get memberships and It'll be more fun than air guns that's for sure. Last I heard they were preparing to get a three hundred meter range.

Saturday mornings are better for me, but I have to zero in my scope again as I have switched from medium height mounts to high mounts - so if everyone else decides on Sunday, will try and make it then too...

Cheers!
Abhijeet

BTW - Isn't the PHG getting together this Sunday? ;)
