Much awaited CFX finally came to my hand!! However the pellets are confiscated. I will have to make a separate fight plan with customs to get them out.

Special Thanks to Prabhat, Inder for their personal support.

All customs officer in all shift know me know me by my name and cheered for this success story. I thank them all.

Go to Frankonia near Odeonsplatz, bahn station.

WaffenKruser on Rosenheimer Strasse near Ostbahnhof station.

I would suggest that you check with your airline about carrying an arigun before you buy anything. Get the required clearances. If you are flying Lufthansa chances are you won't get the clearances.

BTW Frankonia also has an export divison and they do ship to India. You may consider this option and get the airgun shipped to India. The cost should be the same as you won't have to pay the 16% tax for export and that should take care of the shipping. These days I am told there is no duty in India as well.

Get your rifle club membership in place before you do this.

Cheers
Ranjeet

@GG
Thanx

Is it stated anywhere that a person who is not a member of a rifle assosiation can import of airguns by cabin baggage ....... any notification for the same?

I have seen the customs book( the big fat one, forget the name) at the postal customs dept...which states that members can import air guns in 0.177 cal ....but it does not mention the how..ie by post or by personal carry...

Thanx
regards
