@Esdee- so glad to see such a confident, optimistic response :) I also think it is highly unlikely to happen but having said that the minister happens to be from the party of the current ruling government and so would you think there is a possibility of the suggestion being taken more seriously?

Ohh... She is driven by her love for Animals.... But before thinking about some varmints being shot by a boy with an airgun (which is almost impossible if the boy is being taught about gun safety and humanity since his forming days) she should also think about the stray dogs being crushed by moving vehicles on road. And then she will ask for a ban on cars also....
