One alternative is to cut the exact thickness from a LPG Gas Tube (Double walled) & sandpaper it to exact size & insert in the breech.....
This had worked well for me till I found a source to procure "O" rings...
Try it - it should work
IFGian Basu has done thuis successfully!!!!

Should we use a pipe that is connected to cylinder on not connected to gas cylinder?

300 shots successful...velocity is constant 520 fps and I DON'T think I'll be replacing it soon.
Working great!

What store should I approach for a O ring? Plumbing store? Electrical store? Hardware store?
I'm planning to use glue stick with a heat gun. In the past, I've used this combination to seal a number of things from wood work to inverter battery contacts(prevents corrosion).

Basu,
That looks awesome. I measured my breach seal with a scale and found the o rings i was looking for on aliexpress.
I placed an order for these as breech seal - outer diameter 14mm, inner diameter 9mm, thickness 2.5mm
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/14mm-x-2 ... 60187.html
I also placed an order for these. They are - outer diameter 28mm, inner diameter 21m, thickness 3.5mm
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/50-Pcs-2 ... 96911.html
28mm is the thickness of the power tube. I feel o rings as a piston seal will be far better than the popular synthetic designs from diana

I hope the O ring type seal serves the purpose.
If it fails , go for welding hose , it will never ever fail.

Get O ring from the Hardware store and use it, it's the best. If you couldn't get the proper size then chose slightly bigger O ring, cut the ring using blade and adjust the size. Use rubber solution in the seal gap to hold the O ring.

Try it.
