tuning kit

Post by arun » Mon Apr 19, 2010 7:45 pm

I am planning to tune up my BSA RB2 (Airsporter). I cam across 2 websites selling/manufacturing tuning kits. Please suggest which one is good with regards to power and accuracy, or if there any other sellers/manufacturers.

1. T. W. Chambers & Co. (www.gunspares.co.uk). Ultra Premium Kit at 61.84 pounds.
2. airgunbuyer.com. V-mach FAC tuning kit at 72.75 pounds.

Regards

Arun

Arun
Old Bsa guns are made as non fac version and will never cross 12ftpound even with the powerful spings and mods because of the transfer port restriction .even with costly springs and tune kits there will be a little boost in power and nothing else .try it :)

I would be happy if someone could explain what a tophat and a breech are, it is mentioned in the This thread has been edited to conform with Indian For Guns policy as stated in the Announcements forum as a part of the tuning kit.

regards drifter.
