Not a bad suggestion by, you can start IHP customization shop. :)
Other i was talking to my bad, he said that there is Co by the name of Springindia, which is pioneer in india for Spring manufacturing. I googled for that guss what, that Co is still there
http://www.springsindia.com/

I was thinking of contacting them with the spring details and ask them if they can produce it. :D Wild guss but may fellow IFG can get together and may be we can give them order of something 5-10 spring, with the specs created by all the air gun gurus.
Coz if it works i think it cost fraction of JM spring, that spring is cost around $20=Rs1000/  and Original IHP spring is costing Rs200/  - So my guss is that we should be able to get very good spring around 750-1000, but atleast there will be no Import headache from US. :D

How does it sound.

Hi Jeetesh,

That indeed is a wonderful work done by you and it is heartening to know that you achieved above 800 fps. You, Thirths and some others are the real experts in the forum. Maybe you could put all your knowledge together and make a step by step instructional.

I am a beginner, who still has to strip his first gun :? , but have loved guns ever since very childhood :D

Two questions for you:
(1) That fitting on the front end of the barrel, is that a silencer or just for show?

(2) Did you mount the scope by fitting dovetail rails or did you cut grooves? If its a rail, could you please give the exact dimensions and the procedure for mounting this.

Thanks & BR,

Atanu

thanks Atanu.....yes, i am planning to make a complete instructional with a lot of pictures....will post it on this forum soon...but you must have a spring compressor...

that thing on the barrel is a muzzle brake...a cocking aid really....more show than anything else....
i fitted an original Diana 11mm dovetail rail on the IHP receiver ....two holes were drilled and M4 taps were used to thread them....

Not to steal Jeetesh's thunder but here is fps data from my modified IHP35 in .177 caliber. The bonus is the IHP is almost insensitive to hold and responds to tunes very well.

Data in yellow is for pellets seated with a pellet seating tool for a better and flush fit..

Hi Jeetesh,

Thanks for the courtesy of a response! :D

For about INR 15 K, your re modelled and re tuned gun would compare with global benchmarks. The looks are just stupendous. :!:

After your post, I will work on my IHP 35, 0.22. What could be the maximum fps I can get out of it. :stupid:

What do 'they' do to achieve over 1000 fps??

Yes I am making a spring compressor....Tirths is my other Guru on the forum and telephonically. Where can I get the drilling and tapping done ?

Do post a step by step instructional for such as me.

Best Regards,

Atanu

PS: Where are you based Jeetesh? BR.
