Daisy 717 Powerline Single Pump .177 cal Air Pistol
Hi members,
I am interested in buying a Daisy 717 Air Pistol. I would appreciate very much if you could kindly give me your views on this equipment.
Based on suggestions on this forum I had written to Tim Mc Murray at Mac1airgun.com and the followng is his answer.
Daisy 717 is $90. Shipping is $42
To place your order, please email us at:
[email protected]
The following information is required when you send in your gun for
repair or when you intend to use your credit card for a repair or purchase:
Name and ship to address
Billing address if different than ship to address
Telephone number to contact during the day
Email address (if available)
Card Number & Exp. Date
Fraud Code: Last 3 digit number on back of card along signature strip
on VISA MC & Disc. American Express fraud code is on the front of the
card, in the laminate on the right-4 digits.
Need "Care of" information, if it's being shipped to a business or
another individual.
Our prices reflect a 3% discount, so add for credit cards. When sending
a money order, make sure it's written on a U.S. bank.
Thanks for the business,
Tim
I am looking forward to hearing from members on Mac1airgun.com and their services. I will also appreciate help and suggestions regarding the different ways of payment (credit card / moneyorder) and the best way to get this delivered at Guwahati, Assam.
Best regards, Nemo

Thanks for feedback Sankar.
No, I do not have a rifle club membership! Is that a pre-requisite for importing this air pistol? Can you please suggest how to go about getting myself a membership at the Assam Rifle & Shooting Association?
Please suggest any other Air Pistol, I would like one whicl will really last a long time. Do you think I need to import the pellets as well?
Looking forward to your further comments on this. Thank you, Nemo

I'm from ghy and a member of ARSA ............. to become a member, all you have to do is fill out a form and get it attached by class 1 gazetted officer.......... atleast thats the way it was last year.
P.S. In case you didnt know, the range is located inside 4th Assam Police Batallion, just beyond the kahilapara Power house.
