Transporting airsoft from USA to India in 2023

Hello Folks!

I am an Indian National completing my MS in USA. I have an airsoft pistol that id like to get to India. I will most probably come home the next may ( I know the title says 2023, but I was curious regarding the rules in 2023). I might mostly use the Delhi, Mumbai. Bengaluru or Hyderabad airports to land. I appreciate any help that you can give me. The pistol is a full co2 blowback pistol with NO orange tip.
