Hey don't worry ,
I just have bought the heman mark 1 yesterday.
The first day the shots were not close to the target , I thought the same .
Then i saw some shooting videos, corrected my techniques and now i am able to shoot where the eyesights of the gun are.
I have shot water filled disposals from 9 to 10 meters. And other hand made targets, including the bullseye paper or whatever it is called.
I just have bought the heman mark 1 yesterday.

If I am not wrong, long back I saw this Gun both in Delhi and Calcutta ( that time it was Calcutta). Park Street market Street vendors and street vendors from various markets of Delhi. They sale this gun with various type of attachment at barrel.
