I currently own an SDB Artemis .177 and I want to carry
it with me when I travel to USA in a few months. What are
the procedures and regulations to be followed? All help is
appreciated.

Not an answer but your post begs the question: Why would you want to take it to USA? For all the trouble you have to go through, you can rent or buy a far better air rifle there and practice with it. One can understand bringing a nice air rifle from the US. Do give it a thought.

I agree with your thinking but I’m attached to the gun.
