so happy to an Air soft gun enthusiastic, According to Arms Rules 2016 firearms replica/Toy gun have been exempted from requirement of arms licence vide notification no. S.O. 2461(E) dated 18.07.2016 i believe air soft can be imported with less hassle upon this
