I took your advice and observed, the lack of accuracy is the combo of my newbie skills, lighting issues and locally sourced pellets.( had ordered prepell pellets but thanks to GATI courier, still waiting on those )
So all in all would have to work quite a bit to get better.

*UPDATE*
So finally received my precipell and aimco pellets today and did some plinking and i can safely say that the problem were the pellets.
Although i am a total newbie i got a decent grouping (according to me

Then went ahead to shoot a few tile pieces.
I used 3 different pellets for this, First one was Aimco pellet followed by the precipell, both of which shot clean through the tile. The 3rd one was a locally made HeMan pellet which broke the tile into pieces.

Overall impressed with the gun but would be happier if the cocking was easier, i am not a strong man but still the cocking has started taking its toll on my shoulder. will take a break of couple of days.
