Congrats for you new acquisition.

Can anyone order from them directly via their website? Do I need some shooting club membership certificate or an import license ?

Yes, you can place the order directly. If you're not a club member, you have to pay duty.

I feel so guilty now. Sir, I live where it doesn't stop raining for weeks. I plan to plink as soon as its bit dry. :)
