Re: Need help for FT sitting position
That is wrong. Go get the stock, rest, addition or lower the scope or whatever. I'm not there BTWI am not able to touch my cheek on cheek rest comfortably
At 1.00 minute mark, shooter is looking for a scope kiss, sitting too much crossed to rifle.
At 2.00 minute mark, head is ducked into shoulders too much.
As hunters, I run to the nearest tree any time if that is available or fence post or bigger rock.
At 3.20 minute mark, total wrong training. Elbow straight up and don't sink your head into the rifle.
At 4.00 minute mark, absolutely right, elbow at 90 degree.
Edit ----
See how hard people press their check bones into stocks, and straight neck and head into the scope.

Thanks Hammerhead for your reply
Today I used 1 inches cheek pad but not comfortable so I use a brick around 3 to 4 inches for sitting which make me very comfortable & steady
Now I can hit the 1 inch target at 30 yards very consistently in sitting position with my SX-100 Pegasus .177 springer Air rifle

You may not be doing anything wrong. It may just be a case of poor fit. Either try juggling your sights or add or remove material from your comb so when you close your eyes and rest your cheek, it lands at the same spot with your eye sighting through the 'scope or open sightpratik_mahale wrote:
