NC DAW & COMPANY Vs AIMCO

I was in the process of refurbishing my IHP 35 and Diana 27 and resourced a JM kit for the same from Aditya foundations .Well was short of time so decided to get a gunsmith to do it .Looked up gun dealers in kolkata and NC DAW looked reliable to get it done in kolkata .I enquired with them and they readyly agreed to do it .I did the cleaning with WD 40 and sand paper stuff myself and deposited the stuff with them in April.

Its was real disheartening that I did not yet recieved my rifles from NC Daw and company for 5 months.These people kept delaying the delivery on one pertext or another .They said to start with ,recived a new license for a factory so it is taking time ,then the excuse was the gunsmith is on leave,then it was that a batch of guns is to be blued togather.I call on friday they say come on saturday ,I call on saturday they say nobody is available come on monday.This and hundreds of excuses later this saturday I called up and gave them a earfull ..Still some shameless indifferent fellow picking up the call had no idea I was talking about .I have given him an option to return my rifles else ready for another earfull of (*Y*&Y*&&T*&Y).This is ridiculous and I am forced to say ,so much for their 200 years of existence haven't learnt an iota of work culture ,and I almost presumed my guns were already the part of their "200" folklore.Till after repeated visits in the nightmarish kolkata traffic..I managed to get hold of my rifles in a very poor state of rusting .

Then I decided to try out Mr Joy Biswas from Aimco , and true to his reputation he offered to help and took both the rifles in his stride.

Well no complains but everyone in and around kolkata , Mr Joy Biswas from Aimco is the man to go ..well meaning ,straight talking .Some very good chat on upcoming air rifles as well..Came back happy and something to look forward to.
