mundair is right, compressed air is required for some reason or other in industries....in a city like jaipur there should be a source. best is searching the yellowpages or else you can get a hint from your local gaswelder, where they source their aceteline cylinders from...which could lead you to a dealer...who might know where high pressure compressor's are for filling air.
250bar cylinders are readily available....350bar cylinders are scarce. I have a 400bar rated cylinder and for safety resions i get it filled to 300bars, after the cylinder has cooled down it shows around 280-290bars.
Filling a airgun cylinder should be extremly gradual, avoiding heat build up. i fill my dominators reservior to the scuba tank pressure of 290bars but with care, i never had a problem. though i have never tried to fill the airgun cylinder beyond 300bar to avoid working the cylinder.....thats my thought.
dilip from 220bar i usually get 4 clips thats 32 shots till around 130-140bar. if your regulator valve is functioning as it should you should get a decent shot count out of it.

cheers
