ha ha Suffix...good one.

based in the USA, as you are, get/borrow a pro sport in 177, vortek,jm or v mac kit; scope ,bench rest and try it out. you will be more than amazed.

nothing much Arvind, just some banter with Suffix !

vortek,jm and v mach are tuning kits that hugely improve the performance of ones rifle. they are drop in diy kits. each kit consists of; quality seals, springs, piston sleeves/top hats, spring guides and lubes. one is literally replacing all the oem internals, except for the piston...replacing the piston is also an option! google and you will find out all the benifits.

any ways the pro sport tx 200 is an amazing gun, tuned or not. for me, the best springer.

in fact ,i have just stripped the 350, cleaned and ready to fit...just cant decide wether to fit in a jm kit or not. the oem spring and seal are still in great shape. on the other hand i would also like to lube and refit the oem parts and see the difference...all new dianas are kind of dry. i was not surprised to find that my 350 too had no lube of any kind....except for the oil i had put on the springs. the 350 has a similar set up like vortex kit, except the oem piston sleeve seems to be made of some light metal..alluminum i think... .diana seals are great too. so lets what a good lube job can do.

take me a week to decide i guess....

My gun was broken, while trying to cock :-(
The barrel came out the stock while cocking and does not go back in.
I went to Al Sayad and luckily got it replaced with another Diana 34 Classic Pro Compact...
Thanks to user adhaw from this forum, who came to the shop and supported and spoke on my side...

am interested as to what you mean by "...The barrel came out the stock while cocking and does not go back in...". can you give more details please???

Thanks @FPSRussia, @ramtiger and @mercury.

@mercury I will explain what exactly happened. I found that the cocking of the gun P31 was very hard right from the time I purchased it. Which I mentioned many times in this thread itself. But as you guys have advised I was patiently waiting for cocking to get easier but it never happened inspite of adding some lubricant on the spring. But one fine day when I was doing the usual shooting practice, I found that the cocking was getting harder and harder every shot, and finally when I tried to cock the gun the pin that joins the barrel and the lever which pushes the spring (dont know what its called!!!) came out in both the direction out of the hole and the barrel would not go back inside the stock. The pin that came out was getting stuck inbetween the synthtic stock. Moreover the thing that pushes the spring also got bent. When I took it to the shop they were arguing saying that my cocking was not right and I was doing it very hard... But I told them that I was cocking the right way and however I cocking an air rifle rough that too of Diana should not be getting such mehanical faults.. One more friend of mine in this forum whom I met first time in the shop helped me out supported me and finally the manager in the shop agreed to change the gun. So I got the Diana 34 Classic Pro and fixed the old scope that I had.

interesting and surprised!!

the cocking lever pin is to my knowledge peened to the breech block and takes a lot of effort to remove. wonder how that could have worked loose ?? and the cocking lever bending another big surprise. sad for diana rifle fans.

time when dianas were the most popular air guns in India but with this drop in quality, the more discerning Indian air gunners prefer AA or HW springers.....cant blame them.

another point....al sayed is a distributer for diana and dianas do come with a "... life time warranty against any defect in workmanship and materials for the life of the air gun..." ( check out their website), so what was al sayed complaining about!!! i think your rifle was purchased only about 4 months ago and he should have replaced it.

anways ......

@mercury... What you are saying is true about the life time warranty. But I was unaware of that fact, anyways adhaw from this forum helped me out and got the gun replaced with 34 Classic Pro Compact. Anyways I love my new gun more than the previous one :D
