i would suggest that any info should be sent via pm and not on the open forum. reason ? forearmed is to be forewarned. so something like that if you know what i mean
suggest that those who want to go to court should approach NAGRI in the first instead rather then box it out on the open forum.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

This is my view.
I am assuming that members of NAGRI are aware of this matter and are taking steps or are planning to take some steps towards this in coordination with NRAI and other organisations that I dont know about.
I would wait until a coordinated plan is made on how to fight the case by discussing with all affected participants.
Hold onto your purses and your thoughts until somebody from NAGRI comes out and says that we are going to do such and such.
It would be better for us if all of us can unite under NAGRI. I second OUP suggestions for Mr.Kishori Mondal.
