Why do some pellets group better

Post by fantumfan2003 » Sat Jul 31, 2010 1:17 pm

I was going through this blog

http://airgun-academy.pyramydair.com/bl ... -part-3-2/

and wondered. They are all pellets from reputed companies, the air rifle is the same sample and known to be very accurate, then why is it that one particular brand of pellet is the most accurate ? Crosman Premier 7.9 gr in this case.

Gurus any leads ?

Thanks

M.
As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Good topic to discus fantumfan. I had asked a question in another thread on the same lines. Intriguing indeed. especially when conditions are the same.
