Don't know about accuracy, but it's been done.

I don't know the pellet used in the above link.

Jeff Cooper advocated four basic rules of gun safety:
1) All guns are always loaded. Even if they are not, treat them as if they are.
2) Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
3) Keep your finger off the trigger till your sights are on the target.
4) Identify your target, and what is behind it.

I hope when you use words like "chodu stuff",

You mean 'ch' to pronounce the same way as 'chal chaiya chaiya' and 'd' as ghoda (horse)
In which case chodu stuff means someone exagggerating.

Not:
'ch' as in chacha chaudhary and 'd' as in dilwale dulhaniya le jayenge. because in that case 'chodu stuff' might take on a diff meaning.

In either case kudos to ssc for taking it sportingly.

Read the entire thread. Especially the bits about 34 ft/lbs of pressure and recoil as well as holdover. I dont think they were shooting at 950 fps either.
A lot of things have been done.. just not consistently and a lot more on the net.

Remember Pimp my ride on MTV? Pimp guns are similar...elaborately customised guns with engraving and gold and jewels.

As far as I can see, Kanwar is not jealous, but is (fairly, I might add) taking exception to your use of the word "accurate" to describe the result of your endeavour.

Hamiclar already gave you the meaning of pimp guns and about me being jealous, it will take a bit more than .177 Air gun to make me so

My comment was on your saracastic asking price. IFG is not mutual admiration society, you will get what you give and secondly your sweeping statement of Very Accurate (See bold text in my previous post to get a clue). How can you make this statement without even measuring or without even watching your groups?

I've seen .177 IHP hitting (Pellets making sound on a tin roof) at measured 97 yards, so can I say that IHP is as accurate as FX? .

So time you make your Very Accurate claims, please bring paper with you.

My humble suggestion would be, if one limiting conversations to sporting banter is difficult, it's better to have straight forward and polite discussions than indulge in too many figures of speech that lead to mis-communications.
