I too joined this forum jus a few days back.. Its a great place to start with..
There're so many indian made air rifles under 5k but nothing comes with scope.. After a lot of R&D I bought an IHP National M35 .22 cal from aimco calcutta..

You wont get any air rifle with a scope for 5K.
Whats the need for a scope ? Why not use open sights first as you are a newbie ?
Get yourself an IHP 25 or 35 in .177. Try both and see which one you like and go for it.
You can later on fit a scope rail onto it and buy a scope for it which will be another 10K atleast.

dont be hurry to shoot through scope. before that, practice with open sight. after you feel your performance is satisfactory, then go for scopes. you can mount scopes on indian rifles with some welding and fixing. be patient, go through the older posts. all of your doubts/questions will be cleared. moreover here you will find gurus in every aspects of a guns .

At last i've planned to buy IHP M35 5.5mm Air Rifle from Amico. he is quoting me 3900/-INR &
for .177 Air rifle 3600/-INR is that a Good amount for that Rifle ?
