1-problem is daisy costs less than walther
2- so should i go for new daisy avanti 753 when compaired to second hand Walther LGR. or second hand FWB 603.
3- i heard that daisy avainti 753 is good for national events does that mean , i should go for senond hand FWB 603 or second hand walther.

I suggest you first check if the 753 complies with ISSF rules. I may be wrong but I think it does not.
The LGR and 603 are ISSF compliant. If you do go for 2nd hand make sure its in perfect working condition.
Since you are discussing costs, let me enlighten you further.
Apart from cost of rifle the following items are also required in ISSF 10mtr rifle shooting.
- Shooting Jacket and Trouser - 15000
- Shooting inners - 2000
- Shooting Shoes - 3000
- Gun case - 5000
- Tin of 500 Pellets - 800 to 1000
To this add cost of travelling to venues where matches will be held.
In short its not cheap.
