help me to buy a good air rifle

HI,
Im from trivandrum i like to know the details about Air Rifles model 150 5.5mm and Air Rifles model 200 5.5mm from aimco.How far they shoots?My budget is 3000Rs.I also want to know about pellets 5 packs of gsmith 5.5mm/.22 pellets Do they fit the above models?What about Air Rifle model 50 5.5m?any one plz help me out.

visit www.aimco.in site and check the Model 200 air rifle. It has around 45 meters shooting range . Very sexy gun . I recently got one . Comes with scope too. and within your budget.

the details of pellets also available on the site. You need to just make the payment after making a call to Md of Aimco company Mr. Joy Biswas.

Aimco m200 is 4050Rs and it dosent have a scope.My total budget is 3000Rs including the transportation charge and pellets.Can any one help me to buy a good one inside this rate?

Aimco Model 200 comes witha scope ???? there site dosent mention about that.

hello ejas,
i am from kollam & working at tvpm. before you buy one air rifle/air gun please reveal what is your purpose. is it for just fun or do you want to take it as a serious sports item? if your plan is to just plinking, go for AIMCO guns. i personally didnt have any experience with AIMCO guns. But being a member of IFG for last few months, after going through the posts, AIMCO is not as good as IHP guns for target practice. ( I think the under liver mechanism attracted you to the AIMCO guns). However if you have a plan of target practice, go for IHP and will cost arround 3850/-. i brought one berore few months from Jacob's Armouury, Trivandrum . They are the dealers of IHP. G Smith pellets are also available at Jacobs and Twins. plase PM me if you want more information.

Thanks for your information.But my budget is 3000 i like to be serious on this field.I haven't used an air gun.I don't know how good i am in shooting.I am buying model 95 air gun for 1800Rs from aimco including 10packs of aimco for Rs800.They says there are total 5000 pointed pellets int it.Including the cargo charge total i have to pay Rs3400.I am planning only to buy the gun for 2400 Rs and pellets from here.Its is 0.22,we can use pellets of any company is it?Replay your comments,

Aimco M200 is not 4050/- . Thats M300. M 200 is for 2250/- and delivery charges will be around 600. Check the site again bro. I comes with a small scope also. see the picture in the site by clicking on the model

I recently got M 200 for 2250+684 delivery charges( its awesome) 45 mtrs range and also 100 bullets free with the rifle, Then i got additional bullets of 500 nos for Rs 80/- and also a canvas rifle cover for Rs 100 from them

And M200 is little heavy then IHP , but the performance is very good almost same as IHP , bcoz i have a IHP also.But the M200 is very sexy and well polished rifle then IHP. More over within your budget u can get 500 pellets too ( Rifle 2250+ Pellets ( 500 Nos) 80+ delivery charges ( max 700))

If you are going to purchase the air rifles from AIMCO they are good, but it will be costly for you coz they take price 3900 for the IHP .22 and the freight is also about 600-1000 so it will cost you at least 4500-4900. If you purchase the same from your local distributor of IHP then it will be a less price....
