could anyone pls tell me if a license holder can buy ammunition directly from the IOF/ammunition factory
.32 cartridges for pistol are being sold by dealers for Rs70/-a piece whereas the MRP on the box of 20 is approx 670 or something.

u cant because they want appendix which requires sales tax no or C.S.t. no and IT certificates of the company according to me.and the lot u get is 3months and minimum 100 rounds u have to buy and has no relative differnce in buying from dealer or directly from Factory.
