Dear friends,
Now that we are back, let's start with something interesting. Rev Grumpus Rumpus has been telling me to visit this gentleman who is right there in my neighbourhood and stores some exceedingly interesting guns.I finally managed to meet him after charging up and down a few Warwickshire Hills on a nice English summer noon.It was well worth the effort.
This is a .45 ACP DeLile carbine. Based on a modified Enfield action,a Thompson sub-machine gun barrel and fully silenced. Accurate,a very personal measure I think, upto 250 yards. It is believed to be so silent that the operation of the bolt is louder than the gun fire.Used by British commandos in WW-II.Only a very few originals are said to be in museums. This is a reproduction.

The next is a .50 BMG made by AMSD of Switzerland

He says that it has slightly more recoil than a .308 and one can shoot it for all the day.In his opinion, this is much better rifle than a Steyr or a Barrett. The muzzle break is said to reduce recoil by almost 68%.
This is a TRG-22 .338 Sniper Rifle by Sako. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TRG-22)
Some black powder revolvers
The following are not semi-auto rifles. They are straight pull bolt action rifles based on the military versions.
A long barreled revolver to meet the Handgun restrictions in UK
Another pistol with a long barrel.
A nice little cannon that you can actually fire!
Enjoy!
Best-
