Man i have seen gun stores in movies and games but this one blows me away.Can you really buy these gun in USA?,full auto?.

WOW... What an arsenal ...
I remember one store, which I visited, where they offered shooting of various models. When I asked what he has, he said he had about 2800 different guns to shoot, and more if we were keen on buying. The 2800 different guns were for 'general' pay and shoot use

You can buy any kind of guns if you have the right license. For full auto, you need what is called a Class 3 license. Anything is possible if you have the means. On the TV once, they showed the owner of Dillon Precision, he owns several military machine guns and also helicopter mounted rockets. When I go to shooting ranges, I see in the back of people's cars/trucks more guns and ammo than most police stations in India. Well, I hope some day it happens in India too.

The average US full auto will set you back several tens of thousands of dollars. And you will need very deep pockets to keep them fed. Even if you reload.
All nice things cost a lot of money.
