Not impossible to find but will be very expensive.

.30 carbine - you'll only ever find ww 2 surplus ammo in India, some may work but its iffy and highly dependent on how the ammo was stored.

. 38 webley there is both Indian made KF and imported (very rare) ammo available, but not stocked by many dealers, as demand is close to zero (so not commercially viable).

Also, as mentioned earlier in the thread both will be very expensive as there is not much demand and so they are both procured by dealers as a special favour for customers, which means they would incur extra cost... which is charged to the end customer!

Fresh Sellier and Beloit also available if you search hard enough and you have deep pockets.
