Help With NRAI Membership,Please!

Hello!
Dear friends and respected members of this forum.
I would really like to have a membership at NRAI. But as the pre-requisite for applying for the same requires a PROPOSER and a SECONDER, I require the ultimate help of the existing members of the NRAI, present in this forum, to kindly help me out.
Your Help will be an immense progress in my dream to become a shooter.
