Laser Sights for Pistols

Can these Laser sights be fitted on the Ashani Pistol and the .32 Revolver by OFB ?

The IOF .32 Ashani does not come with an accessory rail . So you can experiment with using chewing gum or sellotape like this idiot . I am surprised that the idiot in the video does not shoot himself ..lol
