i was searching for rules & regulations and import duties for blank gun. this blank gun i consider as a toy and not meant to hurt or threat anyone because i don't need to and i just love guns as long as i remember. since we don't have any foreign firearms brand available in India for the MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) i decided to go for blank gun, that said. so i went on to search for the law and mostly it says its free to import so going to give it a try in near future before i order. i am going to make some inquiry at the customs and Maharashtra police department as well as with a good lawyer (just in case )

As the report suggests that over $1630 billion is spent on arms every year by all countries. I think such money spent wisely for peace and more important things like- global warming, Critical disease drug development, illiteracy and food grain shortage.
