Shooting Range in Bangalore? How to shoot for pennies?

Hello,

Looking to get some firearms experience in the future.Any shooting ranges in Bangalore that you know/have shot at?

I am perpetually broke, might get a hundred bucks to spend every now and then, so is it possible to become a member/use the range facilities with that kind of money? I will be satisfied with handling guns for a while at the beginning.Do not have gun license, doubt i will get one.Have no property and am not important.

Or if you are a member and can show me around that would be nice .Am trying to get an air gun, but just can't put up the cash .

I know there are a few Bangaloreans around, don't know if any one are gun types.Others who use ranges are welcome to tell tales of their experiences.

Hi Skyman,

You can enroll for the Civilian Rifle Training Program with the City Armed Reserve of Bangalore police. It is conducted at three locations at Bangalore. Course is for 10-days and fees is Rs.2650/- . Very Comprehensive.
Other option is to become a member of Karnataka State Rifle Association. (Admission process is not difficult but cumbersome).
Nishaan Shooting Range in BTM Layout is for Air Rifle/Air Pistol Training. You can check it out as well.
