OFM (Ordnance Factory Muradmagar) harassing customers

Hi,
It is to inform you that I applied for IOF revolver at muradnagar factory, I applied on 16 october and the marketing officers informed that date to collect revolver is 28/march/2011(Monday) but the letter was not recieved till 26/march/2011 (saturday)

Every person in OFM harassed.
I had following questions:
The OFM directs customers to be present on OFM at 9:00 am sharp. With letter and Transit permit which has to be recieved by ghaziabad court on behalf of letter sent by OFM which was not recieved till saturday. I live in haridwar and distance to ghazaibad is 160 kms.

In factory officers Mr. Raiz Ahmed want every formality completed. Other wise he directed me to go back and apply for revolver again .
I sold my old revolver.
IN ghaziabad court on saturday ADM was on holiday.

At last I came back empty handed and I am not applying for this sarkari stuff again I will spent some more bucks and get a used piece from market.
Government has become so much corrupt that they don't bother the value of someone's life.
I think OFM officials black the revolvers, and also must have sold to someone else for extra money. Their were several people with same complaint that day.

How can I fight against them,..

Did you talk with those several people and inform that there is an organization called NAGRI which they should contact and also join? Did you tell them about IFG were all such people can stay in touch with each other.
