Looks like 40mm Grenade Launcher or could even be a silenced Uzi/Skoripion type of weapon.. difficult to tell.

Appears to be a Brügger & Thomet TP9 9mm PDW.... suppressed with a red-dot sight.

Originally it was the Steyr TMP....apparently Steyr sold off the manufacturing rights to B&T Switzerland. B&T further developed the design and added a folding stock.

I didn't know the army used these...other than Mumbai's Force 1...
