The answer to "What did you feel after killing the two insurgents?" is obviously "Recoil".
Had the "liberal nut" asked "HOW did you feel after killing the insurgents." he would have got a different answer.

Certain 338LM rounds are also capable of cracking the engine blocks of vehicles at short ranges and snipers are trained for such tasks.

When asked by some liberal nut 'What did you feel after killing the two insurgents?' The sniper replied, 'Recoil.'
As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Engine blocks of vehicles can be cracked by a wide variety of calibers, that wouldnt mean they should be anti-material weapons.
I am certain a 6 BR 105 grain bullet propelled at 3000 fps is capable of cracking an engine case at 100 M, but that wouldnt make it an anti-material rifle.

No it won't make 6 BR anti material but the 338LM definitely is.
Craig Harrison did fire the 3rd shot to disable the MG carried by the terrorists.
