If still interested for a foreign product, there is no cheaper dealer or cheaper price anywhere in India. Since unlike IOF products there is no fixed price for "imported" firearms, the cheapest price is the one that you are able to negotiate with the dealer/seller.

You are looking for cheap dealers? They are not very hard to find.The vast majority are cheap

If you are looking for an honest dealer,some one who would give you a fair price after taking a reasonable profit for himself,then you are setting yourself a difficult task.Not very many around.

yes honest dealers but does it depend on the area . Say is it more expensive in the metros like mumbai , bangalore ,kolkata etc than places like Kanpur , ludhiana , lucknow , etc . And the availability of variety of arms ? Is it more in the metros .
