Someone there has a sense of humour...

"No, I can't join NRA and help save my freedoms, but please enter me in the sweepstakes."

Good luck!

Yes - but not to the same extent. The NRAs huge membership means that they can guarantee a large response to a draw......and the donation of some superb prizes from their trade members.

Vikram,

With hundreds of thousands of members in the NRA, my chances of winning the double rifle (or the Hoffman bolt 375 which is a greater prize in my opinion) is the same as that of my winning the Spanish National Lottery.

The reason that I posted this was that it is an example of how the NRA organises shooters. Hopefully, there are lessons in this that we could all learn and implement in India. Event based member recruitment is, in my opinion, the best way ahead. We need to have our IFG events worked out to increase our numbers.

Cheers,

Mehul
