I suppose one way would be to post them in a file sharing site like rapidshare and post the links here. However, most of these sites are paid, or have a very limited allowance for free usage.
The simplest way is to announce you have the e book which you are willing to share, and let people e mail you. However, it can be extremely tiring, as people start queueing up for freebies.
I was about to phrase the last remark "as Indians start queueing up for freebies", then I realised I've seen the British queue up for free food...refilling their plates again, then again, then again ..... (without knowing or caring who the host is)
