Thanks for reply MoA, but please reply whether one can have PB licence in India.
Arms licence is allowed for NPB or
one can have PB licence, I am totally confused . I have gone through so many articles in IFG.
But I am still not sure that whether it is possible to have Prohibited Bore (PB) arms legally.

Amit: From what I know under certain circumstances on a case by case basis MOH does issue PB licenses.
I am not based in India, and am certainly no expert on the Arms Act. Might be better to ask in the legal section.

A P bore license can be issued if one inherits a P bore weapon i.e. If your father or mother or your father in law has a p bore license then you can inherit that weapon where by you will be subrogating the existing p bore license holder. I mean the existing p bore license holder will surrender his or her license in your favour and you being the legal heir will become the new P bore license holder of the existing p bore weapon .

Second option -- if you are a close associate of a member of parliament , then that MP can get you a license made . Because P bore license can only be made if you have a strong influence in N Delhi.

even if you get a pbore license then still you can never get an mp5 here.

in pbore you can get chinese made brownings,which most gunsellers who have it just want to get rid of them.
