I will be giving a live interview today in FM Rainbow, All India Radio
Today (7th Aug 2008) from 1800 to 1900 hrs, with regard to the Indian Olympic Shooting contingent

Heard your interview, nice of you to bring up issues related to customs for air guns and non-availability of good ammo. Was hoping you would say something about the pathetic gun laws too.

I had too many things to say, but surely did not have enough time... The condom ads and stupid songs totally cut the flow.
Anyways, I have to accept 'something is better than nothing', but was impressed with the number of SMS that poured in - roughly close to a couple of hundred from all nukes and corners of Karnataka.
I tried to pass on as much of info I could, but somehow, most thoughts and phrases got cut off...

Nope, I could not.
Although the interview revolved about info on the Indian Olympic shooting contingent and a general rambling on Shooting sports in India, I could hardly get to say a fraction of what I wanted to..

They gave me a copy this time .. (missed copying 2 or my earlier 3 interviews) but the size is a little too much (250 mb) to upload anywhere...

Try to compress it using winzip or something and post on some file sharing site, like 4shared.com. Maybe IFG can host it for sometime if its not too much trouble.

You can also break up the file and compress it to make small files that are much easier to upload/download. We want to hear the conversation parts, NO NEED for condom ads & songs.....LOL

Yeah, right... I am, matter of fact, editing out the song/condom part and trying to make it into a midi file os less size...

Anything to promote shooting is welcome... keep it up...
BTW I did mention IFG in my NDTV interview....

Congratulations & good going! Try and convert to MP3 format, it's universally playable besides offering decent quality in a fairly compressed size. Size depends on the bitrate you select but typically it's about 1 MB per minute of playtime for a decent quality bitrate.

Let me know if you need to have it hosted somewhere...
