In Addition to ur ID card, u can ask for a letter on association letter head, which say's u a registered shooter/member of that association, this will help u in import.

Have heard of a trap range in Diu, but do not have any concrete info on it. Shall try to find out. BTW, Diu and Daman is a seperate UT now. No longer part of the the erstwhile Goa, Daman and Diu UT.
Diu, incidentaly, is apparently the only place in India with a zero crime rate. Their jail is in the old fort and is more of a tourist spot than a holding area!

Justice alone is the mainstay of government and the source of prosperity to the governed, injustice is the most pernicious of things; it saps the foundations of the government and brings ruin upon the realm - Sher Shah Sur, Sultan-ul-Adil.
