what are the requirements to be a member of Chandigarh Rifle Association i am not from chandigarh

Hello !! I am interested in setting up a Private 10 mt Air Pistol/Rifle Shooting Range. How do get details on requirements, equipment etc and How can I get 5 Nos of Air Pistols? Whis Brand is suggested for starters and any other suggestion is welcome. How can we become a member of Chandigarh Rifle Association. Rgds.

Its really nice to hear that someone is setting up a private range for air weapons. To know the exact requirements visit the issf site. morini would be best for starters,
