Easiest Club to get a membership.

Dear IGF Members.
I am looking to get a member ship to any shooting club or association as this is mandatory for my gun license. These bloody ignorant fools. Keep asking for something or the other just to delay the process of me getting my license. Please help me Guys. I would be really great full.
I dont want the membership to use the services i just want the membership card and certificate that i am the member of the shooting club.
Also i prefer that i dont have to make a personnel visit to the club for the membership.
If u know any club just forward me the number n contact person.
