Sure, there is the Kadarpur Shooting Range at the CRPF campus in Gurgaon (Kadarpur). I was told they have allowed membership for civilians, if you do decide to visit them - please update the rest of us as to their membership requirements/ fees etc.
As to facilities - they have a 1,000 yard rifle range, 300 metre rifle range (same range but shooting positions are placed further up), 50 metre rifle/ free pistol range and a 25 metre pistol range. To the best of my knowledge, no arms/ ammunition/ targets/ spotting scopes etc. are available at the range and shooters must bring their own.
Cheers!

Sadly, nothing for 10M Air R/P. Nearest is SAI's Dr. Karni Singh or SiriFort (which I hear is shut at the moment). I'm trying to connect with a few schools, if they may agree to build one. But nothing yet, or in near future.

AFAIK the 10m (airgun) range at Shri Fort D.D.A Sports Complex was open till quite recently. How current is your information about them being closed? Anyhow, for 10m shooters one can easily (& cheaply) set up a range at home - all you need really is a pellet trap and target paper!
Choosing to shoot at the Dr. Karni Singh Range (Tuglaqabad) has the additional benefit (for DSRA members only) which is - DSRA issues ammo (12 ga. trap/ skeet, .22 LR and sometimes even .32 wadcutters) for use at the range several times a week.
Cheers!

Abhijeet, The last I visited Sirifort was a few months back. The range was shut down for renovation- or so I was told. Will confirm again and post.
Kadarpur for civilians!!
That piece of information has rekindled the .22 vs .3006 debate in my mind again!! Will definitely need to visit and confirm before I finally make the purchase.
Cheers

The Gaziabad Distt. Rifle Association has opened a range recently (I think they opened in 2010-2011). I do not have the location/ contact info, but you should be able to get this from the Distt. Administration officials as they built it on Govt. allotted land. If you do get the relevant info, please do post it here for the benefit of all.
Cheers!

Just checked with Siri Fort at the reception. The AR/P range is closed and "will take time".

Ramandeep, despite prior reports to the contrary, I don't think they ever opened the Kadarpur range for civilians.
