Kolhapur rifle club - Krida prabodhini

Hello to all,

My name is Adi I am from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. I am looking to join a rifle club in kolhapur, I came across Krida prabodhini which is affiliated with NRAI but when i inquired i came to know that there is no membership. Can someone please suggest next step or anyone from kolhapur have other experience. Although i met the Kolhapur local range in charge and he told me that there is 3 months course going to be conducted from 1st week of september. So, I am hopefull
