I am native of Arunachal state based at Itanagar. I have seen many shooting enthusiasts around me. Thinking of forming a group and form a club here at Itanagar- which would be the first of its kind in my state.
Seasoned shooters and esteem club members across my nation may please post replies telling the procedural rules/guidelines for opening up of new club.
